Captain Dave Bean is a Glastonbury, CT native and 1982 graduate of Bowdoin College.  He served more than 26 years as a Naval aviator, completing seven extended deployments and amassing over 3400 flight hours in various fixed and rotary-wing platforms.  CAPT Bean commanded Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron SIX at NAS North Island, CA 2002-2003, and served as Executive Officer of USS TARAWA (LHA 1) 2006-2009.  He currently resides in Coronado, CA.
