Cdr Michael G. Brattland USN-Ret is the Retired Affairs Director for Naval Helicopter Association (NHA) and Webmaster/Signal Charlie Coordinator for the Navy Helicopter Association Historical Society (NHAHS). NHAHS is the historical arm of NHA. Both are non profit associations.
